In the present case, the petitioner has prayed for directing the Executing Court i.e. Additional District Judge, Ist Saharsa to dispose of his M.V. Execution Case No.7 of 2012 which is pending.

The executing court would see the grievance of the petitioner so that petitioner would be able to get the benefit of the award passed under the Motor Vehicle Act. In such view of the matter, this case has lost its purpose. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of. Vinay/- (Shivaji Pandey, J)
