The petitioner seeks bail in Bhabhua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 249/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner but no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. The informant alleged that Ajay Singh stabbed his brother causing his death. Similarly situated co-accused Sanjay Singh has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27862/2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
