JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The present case was lodged against one Raju who happens to be holder of Mobile No. 7250046703 but in course of investigation, on the basis of information, petitioner was interrogated and accepted his guilt. Petitioner happens to be brother in law of Rinki Kumari with whom marriage of informant's son had been fixed. Petitioner confessed his guilt but except his confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 10.05.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38477 of 2015 (3) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 361 of 2015.
