1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No.198/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 308 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no.3 is a woman. It is further submitted that the informant falsely implicated the petitioners in the instant case without any specific allegation. It is further submitted that informant alleges

No.10133 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/3 that the accused persons including the petitioners came at her door and started abusing and Kunjan Devi caught the hair of the informant and pulled her down and started assaulting by leg and fists. Thereafter it is alleged that when the husband came to rescue her then Dwarika Singh assaulted him by knife causing injury on his nose and lip and also assaulted her son Chandan Singh by knife. The learned counsel submits that specific allegation of assault is against Dwarika Singh and petitioners have been implicated based on general and omnibus allegations. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused Arjun Singh has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 07.02.2024 in Cr. Misc No. 4026/2024.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No.198/2023, subject to the
