JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by the Assistant Director General, Registration, Magadh Division, Gaya dated 06.08.2016 is cryptic and not correct, inasmuch as the correct measurement of the premises in question has not been conducted prior to valuation of the same. However, the learned counsel submits that since there is a provision of Appeal, the petitioner would take recourse to the same.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order dated 06.08.2016 passed by the Assistant Director General, Registration, Magadh Division, Gaya and in case, an

Patna High Court CWJC No.14163 of 2017(3) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appeal shall be decided on merits without the appellate authority being impeded by the issue of limitation.
