Patna High Court CR. WJC No.477 of 2024(3) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 3.The present writ application has been filed and argued after suppressing the fact that the accused of the case has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

4. In these circumstances, this application is dismissed with a cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) which shall be paid by the petitioner in the District Legal Services Authority, Samastipur, within two weeks from today.
