This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Mahila P.S. (Nawada) Case No. 48 of 2015, dated 04.08.2015, instituted for the offences under Sections 498(A), 379, 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The case is of the year 2016 and there is every likelihood of the investigation having been completed by now.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24644 of 2016(4) dt.13-01-2021 2/2 If the same has not been completed, the same must be completed within a period of four months and a report be submitted to the court below.
The aforesaid direction would be acted upon only if the charge-sheet has not been submitted in this case.
This petition is disposed off with the aforesaid observation.
