The petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2021 in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 216 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/147/148/ 149/307/504/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant on his head causing grievous injury.

In view of the above, the present bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge if it has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6383 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 216 of 2021.

However, trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
