JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 16-05-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission and is allowed to make necessary correction in the name of respondent no.4 as Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Rohtas at Sasaram in course of the day.

2. Heard the parties.

3. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) for issuance of the appropriate writ/writs, or direction/directions or order/ orders for directing the respondent authorities to create the Jamabandi in the name of petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.2557 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 2/3 and mutated the land in favour of the petitioner, with regard to the piece of the land situated under Mauja Mirjapur Thana No. 139, Khata No.73, Plot No.327, Area 18 decimal which was settled in 198082 vide Case No. 25/1981-1982 in favour of the petitioner and also for any other reliefs for which the petitioner is legally entitled.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no.4, the D.C.L.R., Rohtas at Sasaram alongwith all the relevant documents with the prayer for passing an order for 'Jamabandi' creation in his name.

5. The State Counsel submits that the petitioner will have to satisfy the concerned respondent/show his bona fide over the land in question only then an order can be passed.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he only wants disposal of the petition that if the same is preferred within four weeks from today.

7. In view of the limited prayer, the writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.2557 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 3/3 disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner prefer a petition within four weeks, the concerned respondent shall take the same to its logical conclusion within a period of next six months from the date the petition is preferred alongwith supporting documents by the petitioner but only after putting all the relevant parties on notice and after hearing them.
