The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "That this application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of writ in the appropriate nature for setting aside the order dated 24.8.2016 passed by the Circle Officer, Wazirganj, Gaya in Land Measurement Case No. 20/2016-17 directing
Patna High Court CWJC No.5313 of 2018(2) dt.06-05-2024 2/3 there was and thereby the Anchal Nazir for measurement of the land appertaining to Khata No. 46, Plot No. 136, measuring an area 9.03 Acres situated in Village- Bhindas, P.S.- Wazirganj, Thana No. 546 under the District of Gaya (hereinafter referred to as a land in question) as contained in Annexure-3 as well as for restraining the concerned Respondents authority from interfering the petitioner actual physical possession of the land in question in any manner whatsoever in addition to grant of any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the eye of law on the special facts and in the circumstances of the present case."

Learned State counsel submits that a bare perusal of the prayer would show that the petitioner was aggrieved in the year 2016 against the measurement order pursuant to the application of respondent No. 10. He submits that the petitioner always has the liberty to file petition alongwith requisite fee for getting the land measured, if he is dissatisfied.
4. The Court is fully satisfied with the contention put forward by the learned State counsel. If the petitioner has any doubt about the earlier measurement can always prefer a proper petition alongwith requisite fee to get it remeasured in presence
