Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 385, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Town P.S.Case No.268 of 2020.
the informant Ram Babu Prasad has levelled allegation against six accused persons named in the FIR including the present petitioner that they started abusing the female members of the informant and they were uttering that the informant's side were not paying the rangdari.The allegation against this petitioner is that he twisted the arm of the cousin of the informant and assaulted the informant with bricks. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is case and counter case and the wife of the present petitioner has lodged a counter case against the informant's side which is Darbhanga Town P.S.Case No. 269 of 2020. He has also submitted that the allegation against the present petitioner is only twisting the arms of the informant's cousin. The injuries

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Town P.S. P.S.Case No.268 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
