The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 354, 379 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3⁄4 of Witchcraft Act.

The informant named seven persons and alleged that all the accused persons dragged and assaulted her and also forced to take excreta. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 07.06.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Sugauli P.S.
