This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 85 of 2013 dated 06.10.2013 instituted for the offence under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Arun Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that after submission of charge sheet in the subject FIR, cognizance also has been taken.
