2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted informant by means of iron rod. Doctor has found simple injury.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
