2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 341, 354B, 504, 506 of I.P.C. and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

3. Earlier the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74754 of 2022.

4. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has tried to outrage modesty of the minor girl of the informant.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. The victim girl has been medically examined by the doctor and the doctor did not find any sign of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8793 of 2024(4) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 injury on her body and the age of the victim has been assessed between 16-17 years. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 07.11.2023 and chargesheet has been submitted in this case.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge Ist, Jamuicum-Spl. Judge, SC/ST, POA and POCSO Act, Jamui, in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 51 of 2021. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) sanjeev/- U T
