JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol and four live cartridges as well as remains of exploded bombs were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 27.02.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & sessions Judge II, Khagaria in connection with Sessions Trial No.188 of 2015, arising out of Parbatta P.S.Case No. 60 of 2014.
