The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The informant in his later statement disclosed the name of the petitioner but the petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade. The petitioner did not state why he did not name the petitioner in his Fardbeyan.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
