Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353, 323, 324 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

No.17466 of 2021(2) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner of participating in the alleged occurrence. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner is accused in one other case apart from the present one.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 599 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
