No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but considering that co-accused Vijay Ram, who was caught on the spot and from whose possession the firearm was recovered, has already been granted privilege of bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.Case No.81 of 2015.
