JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-09-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to assail the order dated 27.09.2018, passed by the District Arms Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, before the Appellate Authority.

It is needless to state that, in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and the Appellate Authority shall dispose off the same, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter.
