JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. A loaded pistol and a live cartridge are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner but having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, namely Dinesh Sahani has already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.
