Petitioner is in custody in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 218/2018 for the offence under sections 457, 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He was apprehended allegedly on the allegation that he entered the house of the informant and took tin box containing ornaments and when informant woke up and raised hulla, then petitioner was chased and apprehended by the local people and thereafter he was handed over to the police.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2018.

No.6528 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.10.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Udakishunganj at Madhepura, in connection with P.S. Case No. Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018.
