ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 07-04-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already given a representation to the Respondent No. 8 ventilating his grievance (Annexure- P/7). The present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of Admission with the consent of both the counsels.

2. The Respondent No. 8 shall consider the representation given by the petitioner and if the same is found to be correct, make necessary changes in the E-POS machine. In case the authority comes to the conclusion that the representation made by the petitioner does not merit any consideration, he shall pass order giving reasons for the rejection. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
