The petitioner has challenged the order of the District Magistrate, Gopalganj dated 11.12.2019, passed in Supply Appeal No. 09 of 2019.
Since the petitioner has not exhausted his remedy of revision, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Should a revision application be filed before appropriate authority within a period of 30 days, the same shall be taken up for consideration and after giving
Patna High Court CWJC No.2772 of 2020(3) dt.04-08-2022 2/2 reasonably sufficient time to the petitioner for representing his cause, a reasoned order shall be passed within a period of 60 days thereafter. The order so passed by the Revisional Authority shall be made available to the petitioner forthwith. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed of.
