JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 The short grievance of the petitioner is regarding non consideration of the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground in lieu of death of his father which has taken place on 03.11.2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the application for appointment on compassionate ground being filed immediately after the death of the petitioner, the respondent University has not taken any action upon the same.
