05.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek bail in Khaira P.S. Case No. 143 of 2012 registered under Sections 147, 148, 391, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioners, I am not inclined to grant them bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Jamui, and the Superintendent of Police, Jamui is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
