Although petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Subodh Mahto who gave fatal blow to the deceased.

Moreover, alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of land dispute.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.M. Afzal, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bettiah/ concerned court in Chanpatia (Sirisia) P.S. Case no. 102/2014.
