The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondent authorities to grant him 2nd A.C.P., on the grade pay of PB-2 as Rs. 4600/- instead of Rs. 4200/- with effect from 01.01.2006 as well as the 3rd A.C.P. / M.A.C.P. as Rs. 4800/- instead of Rs. 4600/- and other financial benefits with interest and revision of pension.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3677 of 2019 dt.27-02-2019 2/2 The petitioner in the aforesaid circumstances is directed to make a representation before the District Magistrate Sheikhpura, detailing his grievances and citing reasons why the prayer made on his behalf be not allowed, within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura shall pass a reasoned order within a period of six weeks thereafter. In case the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel order shall be passed within the aforesaid stipulated period.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
