Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Marauna Police Station Case No.76 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Supaul.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. The death is alleged within five years of marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. The dead body could not be traced out during investigation. The petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2018. Considering the nature of allegation and presumption of law against the petitioner, I am not inclined to

The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within 09 months, failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to renew the prayer before the court below itself.
