JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 370 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code ad Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. Allegation is of recovery of 255 litres of Nepali Saufi liquor.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 28.12.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand)
