Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Vide order dated 20.01.2022, the anticipatory bail petition in respect of petitioners Vijay Paswan @ Vijay Kumar Paswan and Shivji Paswan @ Shivjee Hajara stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The rest of the petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 427, 324, 325, 307, 452, 379, 354(b), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No. 604 of 2020. As per allegation, the named accused persons entered into the house of the informant. The allegation against coaccused Megha Paswan is that he fired shot but none sustained injury. The accused persons also hurled stones and misbehaved with the female members. The allegation against petitioner Naresh Paswan @ Naresh Kumar is that he assaulted Dhiraj Kumar with knife.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case and the wife of the petitioner Vijay Paswan has also lodged a case being Sonepur P.S.Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16896 of 2021(5) dt.10-05-2022 3/3 No. 639 of 2020. He has submitted further that as per the injury reports, the injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners of both the cases, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No. 604 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
