The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case on the disclosure made by two accused persons, namely, Subhash Jha @ Suman Jha and Surendra Yadav, who were arrested on the spot. Other co-accused persons also disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 05.12.2014 but he has not been put on T.I. parade. Except the confession, the police did not collect any tangible material against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38403 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014.
