2. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Jagdishpur PS Case No. 285/2022 dated 13.06.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC.

3. As per First Information Report, the petitioner produced forged educational certificate at the time of her selection on the post of Sevika issued from Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and she was issued Admit Card by the Board and pursuant thereto, she

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6523 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 appeared in the examination and was declared successful. He next submits that the petitioner has been removed from the post of Sevika vide letter no. 184 dated 28.05.2022. Petitioner is a young lady aged about 22 years.

Regards being had to the submissions made by the parties, taking into consideration the material on record and the fact that the allegation against the petitioner is based upon document in which the custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be necessary and the petitioner is a lady, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur PS Case No. 285/2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC.
