Present occurrence took place in the year 2013 but on 2.7.2015 petitioner was remanded in this case on the basis of his confessional statement and except the confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Ghosi P.S.
