It would appear that on a petty matter, quarrel took place between the parties and after that co-accused Munni Devi gave garasa blow to the informant whereas petitioner no.2 assaulted the informant with iron rod causing injury on his nose. Informant sustained two grievous injuries.

Petitioners are in jail custody since 26.6.2015 and it is informed that parties have already settled their dispute amicably. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioners in jail custody, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhpura P.S. Case no.
