"This application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner, deserted wife, for transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 09/2018 pending in the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharsa to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnea."

2. The Opposite Party No. 2 has appeared and he submits that for the peace of his mind, he just want the conclusion of Matrimonial (Divorce Case No. 09 of 2018) as despite their marriage which took place in 2013, they could not pursue their life together and for long are living their separate lives.

3. The case of the petitioner is that, she is in Purnia with her old parents having no financial support and not

4. In view of the fair submission made by the Opposite Party, who simply wants disposal of Matrimonial (Divorce Case No. 09 of 2018) which according to him is not moving further due to the pendency of the present petition, this Court deems it fit and proper that the Matrimonal (Divorce Case No. 09 0f 2018) be shifted from the court of learned Principal Judge Family Court, Saharsa to the court of learned Principal Judge Family Court, Purnia, forthwith.

5. The present petition (MJC No. 249 of 2020) is allowed. Let the files of Matrimonal (Divorce Case No. 09 0f 2018) transferred from the court of learned Principal Judge Family Court, Saharsa to the court of learned Principal Judge Family Court, Purnia, forthwith.

6. In view of the fact that, the case is of the year 2018 the transferred court shall expedite the matter and conclude it as early as possible.
