The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is named in the FIR along with nine other accused persons. The informant alleged that the accused persons demanded extortion and on the order of Ranvir Yadav, Dharmendra Yadav and Karnvir Yadav fired on the informant who slept on the ground and saved himself. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Dharmendra Yadav and Karnvir Yadav have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37532 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Pakaribarawan (Dhamaul) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2015.
