The petitioner seeks bail in Warisnagar (Mathurapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 224/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 494, 495, 366, 511, 379 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant herself alleged that she came across with the petitioner in train. The petitioner solemnized marriage with the informant. The petitioner was already married with another woman from before and established physical relation. It is submitted that the informant was well-acquainted to the petitioner from before and solemnized marriage with the petitioner. The informant is a major girl.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38826 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IV, Samastipur, in connection with Warisnagar (Mathurapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 224/2014.
