Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 04 of the POCSO Act. It is alleged by the informant that accused persons including the petitioner kidnapped the victim for unlawful purpose.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim in Section 164 Cr.P.C. statement has stated that she, at her own sweet will, had left the house and has married the petitioner on 29.10.2021. Victim is major. The petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special JudgeIst, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 449 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
