2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 225 of 2021 registered on 05.11.2021 lodged under Sections 395, 397, 120B, 412 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against six unknown accused persons with the allegation that they have committed dacoity at the gunpoint in the informant's shop.
4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2022 having six criminal case pending against him, in which he is on bail. He further submits that

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail after framing of charge and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 225 of 2021 , subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
