The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Special Case No. 1985 of 2017 arising out of Bihta P.S. Case No.332 of 2017 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
