Petitioner seeks bail in Sahebganj P.S. Case No.242 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 525 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from the possession of Lalan Bhagat. Lalan Bhagat has disclosed the name of this petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
