The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and his wife are alleged to have assaulted the informant and petitioner is also alleged to have assaulted by stick on head but the injury found on the head of the informant is simple in nature. Petitioner and the informant are brothers and on the ground of some family dispute, the occurrence took place. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,
