The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and 10, 13, 16B/18/ 19/ 20 of UAPA Act.

By order dated 10.07.2019, a direction has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completion of six months in jail custody. Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.07.2018 and the petitioner has completed the jail custody for more than six months. The coaccused has been granted bail in the present case.
