2. The appellant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the appellant surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the
