JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to prosecution case itself, it was coaccused, Ranjit Kumar who took both the victims. Out of them, one victim, namely, Rupa Kumari returned to her home and stated that it was co-accused, Ranjit Kumar who took both the victims but it was petitioner who brought her back. The another victim, namely, Minu Kumari also returned to her home and stated that on the request of victim, Rupa Kumari, co-accused, Ranjit Kumar took them to Surat where he called the petitioner and thereafter petitioner solemnized his marriage with victim, Rupa Kumari. It would appear that there was love affair between

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015.
