JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 20.04.2024, passed in CWJC No.16455 of 2023, the address of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned on account of error committed in the writ petition itself, hence the same be condoned and necessary corrections be made.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present case as also considering the averment
Patna High Court MJC No.341 of 2025(3) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the address of the petitioner in the aforesaid order dated 20.04.2024, passed in CWJC No.16455 of 2023 shall be read as "resident of Village- Baildas, Ward No.-11, Piparea Bagahi, P.O. and P.S.- Kutumba, District- Aurangabad".

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
