The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/34, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the gravity of the offence as also the fact that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the police may require his custodial interrogation in course of investigation of the case, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail on behalf of the petitioner is rejected.
