Petitioner is in jail custody since 07.07.2015 and it appears that he was ex-employee of Nagar Parishad, Lakhisarai and no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S.Case No. 483 of 2015.
