The petitioners seek bail in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 50/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named 14 persons including the petitioner but did not make any specific allegation of assault against the petitioner Mahesh Sah and Santosh Sah. The assailant of Sona lal Sah and his brother is Madan Sah, Shambhu Sah, Ganesh Sah, Ranjan Sah, Tuna Sah, Raju Sah. They are alleged to have assaulted Ramayodhya Sah. Suresh Sah is alleged to have assaulted Manager Sah.

Learned counsel for the informant, however, opposed the prayer for bail.
